Understanding Legal Library access
Know which documents are public, seller-restricted or private to a specific agreement.
At a glance
The Legal Library publishes current policies and their version history while respecting the different audiences and confidentiality of marketplace documents.
What to do
Public documents
General terms, privacy information, buyer policies and public seller standards can be opened without a seller login when they are published for everyone.
Restricted guidance
Some operating policies or procedures are available only to active sellers and authorized staff through KulturCart authentication.
Private agreements
Executed or store-specific agreements remain private in OpenSign or the approved vendor-document workflow and are never listed as public releases.
Important details
Current and historical versions
The current release is canonical. Earlier public releases remain viewable from version history and are clearly marked as historical.
Access follows the Page
Language, Page availability and configured access are enforced consistently in navigation, search, history and file delivery.
Please note
If a document you expect is not visible, confirm that you are using the correct KulturCart account. Access is not granted by a direct file link alone.
